1. Purpose
VisothKH is a single-vendor online store. This Marketplace Policy clarifies that we do not operate an open marketplace and do not permit third-party sellers to list, ship, or transact on https://www.visothkh.com/ (the “Site”).
2. Definitions

3. Single-Vendor Model
- Products – Every item offered on the Site is owned, stocked, and shipped exclusively by VisothKH.
- No Third-Party Sellers – We do not allow external vendors to list products, manage orders, or receive payments through the Site.
- Fulfilment – All orders are packed and dispatched directly by VisothKH via our designated couriers (Vireak Buntham Express and J&T Express).
- Payments – All payments are processed through ABA PayWay into VisothKH’s sole merchant account. No commission structure or seller payouts apply.
4. Customer Care, Cancellations, and Refunds
Any request regarding cancellations, returns, or refunds is handled solely between the Customer and VisothKH under our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy. No third-party seller involvement exists.
5. Amendments
We may update this Marketplace Policy at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
